In case anyone’s unaware, (and many are, because the show is cray) Serial Experiments Lain is an anime that… more or less showcases people becoming obsessed with the Internet (“the Wired”) and going insane.
It’s also one of those kind of shows that really doesn’t make any sense until you either read about it or rewatch it until you can make up a viable plotline in your head. Whether or not those plotlines are true or good, the show is just really cool :C
